Outstanding Food & Cheer in a Private Club Setting
B & B Ranch is very pleased to be able offer the area’s finest Northern Italian cuisine, made from locally, sustainably produced ingredients and served up fresh, with enthusiasm and flair.
Our kitchen and the dining area are just for overnight guests, and members, sportsmen and riders with the equestrian center, and there's always something fresh and exciting being served.
Farm-to-Table Goodness, Year-Round
Italian Agritourism, on which our own model is based, is known worldwide for serving up some of the finest food and accommodations at select locations marked by a green and gold sign with a knife and fork.
Traditionally, meals in Italy consist of 3 or 4 courses and are well understood as a time to spend with family and friends. They can last far longer than in other cultures and the food is reassuring, original and fresh.
Today, a traditional Italian menu is reserved mainly for special events, holidays and weddings, while an everyday menu typically includes the first and second courses, a side dish, coffee and wine. The primo or first course is usually a more filling dish such as pasta or risotto. In every case though, fare is healthier, more natural, and closer to its origins.
B & B Ranch brings these traditions back to life. Our farm-to-table philosophy is based on the belief that by working with local farmers, and serving only natural and organic products, we can support our community's agricultural heritage and feature the superior quality of small farming products. The public gets access to a rich and diverse array of quality products, otherwise difficult to experience, plus an exclusive portfolio of wines from our collection, and our community stays strong and healthy.
We believe you’ll notice the difference!
The Dining Room and the Kitchen are just for overnight guests, club members and patrons of the Sportman's Club and the Equestrian Center.
