All guests are reminded that making a reservation at The B & B Ranch is not the same as making a hotel reservation. Because we are a small country inn with just five luxury suites to rent, we must require that guests be responsible for payment of all days reserved with a confirmed reservation.
RATES: Rates listed are always per room, per night, Modified American Plan (MAP) that includes a 5 course dinner and breakfast, plus afternoon tea, use of the pool, spa, and fitness center and non-alcoholic beverages. Rates vary according to season. We have a two (2) night minimum stay. Some dates may require a minimum booking.
STATE/LOCAL TAX: All Rates are subject to applicable state & county taxes.
FACILITY SERVICE CHARGE: A $10.00 per person, per day facility service charge is added to your hotel account for facilities usage, laundry charge to include pool towels, robes, etc.
CHILDREN: See innkeeper to register children 12-17 years old. Children under 12 years are not permitted at the B & B Guest House & Spa.
SINGLE OCCUPANCY CLEANING CHARGE: A $50.00 cleaning charge will be assessed for single night stays and single occupancy.
CANCELLATION / DEPOSIT FOR CONFIRMED RESERVATIONS:
A non-refundable deposit of one night's room fare including tax is required to confirm a reservation. For reservations maid more than 30 days in advance of stay, a 50% non-refundable deposit including tax is required. All balances are due in full at check-in. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights’ reserved regardless of their actual arrival or departure date. No-shows are also responsible for full payment of their entire reservation. However, if a cancellation is requested less than 30 days in advance of the arrival date, a refund of deposit may still be made, but ONLY if we are able to successfully sell the reserved room(s) to another guest. A last minute cancellation gives us little chance of re-booking a room. PAYMENT OPTIONS: We gladly accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or Money Orders. Cash may be used for payment balances upon arrival.
CHECK-IN TIME: Rooms are available for Check-in from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. However, guestroom are often available earlier, and guests are welcome to check-in in early when this is the case. Late check-ins require special arrangements.
CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 a.m.
