The Butcher Box
- Butcher Boxes ship out monthly by subscription - and they're loaded. Subscribers choose between seven or 14 pound deliveries…
- Butcher Boxes can be combined with ample portions of Berkshire Pork or Whole Roaster Chickens (Free Range) or in a combination of all three.
- The B & B Ranch Butcher Box is shipped by monthly subscription in weights of either seven or 14 pounds. Sign up, and every month you receive either seven or 14 pounds of frozen, but utterly fresh meats, right after we get them back from the butcher Subscriptions are available either for 3, 6 or 12 months. Gift subscriptions are also available and gift recipients will be invited to continue any subscription once the gift subscription is completed.

b. Pasta Box
B & B Ranch is synonymous with hearty, homemade pasta. It's fast frozen and shipped just to members often in combination with a top secret sauce that hearkens to generations of Italian Grandmothers.
Like the Butcher Boxes, the B & B Ranch Pasta box is shipped in either 7 or 14 lbs weights for the length of time you choose to receive it.
Boxes include our regionally acclaimed Cappelletti, (pictured above). These are plump, bite-sized and folded pastas that resemble little hats. They're stuffed with chicken & Piedmontese beef, with a bit of lemon, parmesan & parsley. You'll also receive generous monthly allotments of Piedmontese Beef Raviolis and Mushroom Ravioli that just may have you telephoning the family.
c. Sauce Box
- You could simmer your own - for hours. You could badger the family for the recipe. It's some combination of Berkshire pork & Piedmontese beef, and liberal amounts of onions, garlic, some olive oil, tomato puree, crushed tomatoes and parsley, with basil, and a carrot or two. Or you could order your own, in a stow-able container. The Sauce Box is sold in 7 or 14 lb. glorious allotments.
